What You’ll Learn in the B1 Course
In this B1 level, you strengthen the most important foundations and learn to use your German more actively. The focus is not only on grammar, but also on confident communication in real situations: at the doctor’s office, at work, at school, during appointments, when dealing with authorities, or in everyday conversations with neighbors and friends.
In class, you practise:
- basic grammar
- speaking more confidently about everyday topics
- listening to and understanding simple conversations
- reading and writing short texts
- expressing and explaining your opinion
- talking about experiences, wishes, and plans
A German B1 course should not only prepare you for coursebook exercises, but also help you use German more spontaneously and confidently in real life. That is why you practise typical situations, short dialogues, small discussions, and texts that you also need outside the classroom.
Who This B1 Course Is For
B1 is suitable if you have completed A2 or already have comparable knowledge. It is especially useful if you need more confidence in everyday life or want to use German for work, training, studies, residence, or integration.
